Britannia on the Western

British Railways Standard 7MT 4-6-2 No. 70000 'Britannia' was never a Western-based engine but here she is leaving Goodrington Sands station and climbing the bank on the 'Torbay Express' of 1 July 2012. The beach looks relatively deserted on an overcast day but at least the horrible turquoise flumes beloved of the kiddiwinkies aren't too noticeable.
