Description

Another locomotive that didn't beat the cutter's torch was Great Western 2-8-0 No. 3817, withdrawn from Banbury in 1965, seen here at Barry on February 3, 1973 and cut up four months later. This was Woodham's lower yard; there was an upper yard over to the left out of this shot.
